Below is the registration form. After completing it, the participant's data will be verified, and upon approval, the organizer will send confirmation of adding the participant to the Guest list.

The invitation is personalized and entitles the holder to free participation in the congress, including lectures, networking,
and substantive materials.

Submitting Person:

The submitting person does not have to be a participant. This is the person representing the company who registers the participants and whom we can contact regarding the registration.

The person registering the guest is also the participant

Terms & Conditions

The invitation entitles the holder to free participation in the conference.
The invitation includes: lectures, substantive materials, and networking.
After receiving the application, we will send you confirmation of participation.
Resignation from participation should be sent via email to the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
This invitation is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Participation in the Congress includes:
1. recording the image of Participants in the form of analog or digital photos, Internet streaming, videograms or audiovisual works during the Congress;
2. processing personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including in particular the wearing of visible badges by Participants, which include the following personal data: first name, last name, company.

I confirm that I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

I consent to the sharing of the provided personal data (email address, phone number) with the Event Partners for marketing purposes. Providing consent is voluntary.

I agree to receive emails, text messages (SMS) with commercial content, and telephone contact from the Event Partners for the purpose of presenting commercial content. Providing consent is voluntary.

I consent to the processing of my personal data in the form of image in photos and video recordings from events organized by the Administrator for publication on the website/social media/marketing materials. Providing consent is voluntary.

The data controller is MM Conferences S.A., based in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2 ("Controller"). Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of sending marketing information.
