Agnieszka Kubera is Managing Director responsible for Products Operating Group in Poland. (In her role) She manages a team of top-class experts specializing in the strategic, business and technology consulting in the areas of consumer goods and services; retail; air, freight and travel; automotive; industrial equipment; infrastructure and transportation and life sciences industries. Agnieszka Kubera holds number of client account lead positions for flagship Accenture clients in Poland and Europe.

Founder and CEO of Answear.com, since 2011. Answear.com is a leading fashion ecommerce, currently operating in Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. Simultaneously, he’s holding the position of President of the Board Management at ‘Brandbq’ Co. Ltd. – owner of the fashion brand Medicine.

His story with fashion has its beginnings in 1992 when he cofounded “Artman”, launching two fashion brands during the next years: HOUSE and MOHITO. As the President of the Board Management at “Artman”, he was responsible for areas related to strategic management, marketing, brand and product creation, locating production in the countries of South East Asia. Together with his business partners, he led the company to IPO in 2004 and finally sold the company to ‘LPP’ S.A.

An oceanographer by profession, a diver and a sailor by passion. She combined her passion for the oceans with her work. For over 13 years, she leads projects aimed at safeguarding the sea and ocean resources. Organizer and participant of many research and educational cruises. Author of the WWF Blue Patrol project: a network of 200 volunteers who patrol the Polish coast, gathering information on seals and porpoises washed up on the shore. For 7 years, she promotes sustainable fishery as the MSC Program Director, Poland and Central Europe. 

MSC mission is to use our certification program to contribute to the health of the world’s oceans. Together with our partners – fishers, processors, retailers, producers, restaurants and others who care for marine wildlife and enjoy wild-caught seafood, MSC promotes responsibly sourced seafood, by creating sustainable fish market and supporting sustainable fishing practices. 

With over 10 years experience in the IT industry, 7 of which have been at Veritas (and Symantec). Lukasz has long service with the company and insight into both Channel and End User facing sales in 3 different European countries.
Lukasz has worked In the UK, Ireland and Poland most recently in various roles from Inside Sales, to Product Specialist, to End-user Sales and Channel Manager.
Apart from Veritas, Lukasz has also worked directly for Oracle and Symantec but also indirectly indirectly for CA Technologies, Dell and Lenovo.
Recognized with several awards during his career. Including UK Channel Partner of the Year in FY15 and Partner Success Manager of the Year for the Emerging Region in FY18

Since 2015 she has been acting as the president of IPF Polska the owner of the brand hapipożyczki. At present she is responsible for sales and marketing on 8 markets of IPF Digital: Mexico, Australia and 6 European markets. She is an expert with a broad experience on the financial market both in banking services as well as in fintech sector. For the last 19 years she has been holding executive positions in international companies conducting business activity in our country. She is a specialist in sales, marketing, E-commerce, CRM and product management. She gained her professional experience in Deutsche Bank PBC S. A., UPC, Vivus Finance and Vanquis Bank. She is a graduate of the German Microeconomics faculty at the Technical University of Osnabruck and Higher School of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw, faculties: banking and life insurance.

Kamila is responsible for driving cashless payments acceptance, business development and relations with retailers, acquirers, local governments and public administration.

Kamila supports acquirers in expanding Mastercard branded card payments into new verticals with targeted innovative solutions, enhances merchant value proposition with Mastercard services and acts as trusted strategic partner and solution provider for public sector.

Kamila has wide experience in implementing transit solutions in Polish cities with acquirers, operators and urban communication companies.

Kamila joined the company in 2000 and has since worked in Technology, Account Management, Banking and Product Development areas. She was responsible for business development with majority of banks operating in Poland. She has also contributed to launch of Mastercard premium cards and World Mastercard Rewards loyalty program.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Kamila worked in banking sector in Poland in retail, payments cards, electronic banking and foreign operations business divisions.
