Robert Andrukiewicz is responsible for the implementation of the company’s activities in the area of product development and services for customers (consumers and businesses), as well as for business cooperation with suppliers and commercial partners. He also manages the compliance area of Fiserv’s activities with the requirements of payment organizations. Within the managed product portfolio, he implements and develops solutions based on classic payment terminals, the PolCard Go payment application, eCommerce and mCommerce solutions, as well as services for individual customers (PolCard Pay).

Robert Andrukiewicz has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his professional career at Citi Handlowy in the corporate clients department. He then developed his competencies in recognized corporations such as American Express, Euronet, Accenture, Elavon, and eService, where he was responsible for implementing innovative payment solutions on a regional and global scale. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.”

Robert is the Country Manager of Offerista Polska, the No. 1 Drive 2 Store chain in Europe, which supports retail chains and manufacturers with its reach and main services in digital trade marketing.
Robert has been an active participant in the Polish Internet market since 1999.

During this time he has been involved in the development of two main horizontal portals: Gazeta.pl and Interia.pl. In both of these organizations, he was in charge of the General Director of Advertising Offices.
Additionally during this time he was working for the development of the digital market within IAB Polska.
Over two years he has been supporting the largest retail chains and brands in the digital transformation in the Offerista Polska in order to provide measurable advertising success, which will bring increased sales in stationary stores.

Marina has been since March 2021 part of the team in Poland, first as Market Area Manager and since 1 February 2022 as CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer. She joined IKEA almost 20 years ago in Russia as part of the HR team. She had various roles, her last job there being Country HR Manager for Russia. Later, she moved to Sweden to take the role of Assistant to Global Retail Manager and then continued as a Market Manager in Barcelona in Spain.

As Chief ESG Officer at Leroy Merlin Polska (LMPL) Jacek is responsible for designing and animating the deployment of the ESG strategy of Poland’s leading DIY & home improvement retail company with 80 stores, 12 thousand employees and over 40 million customers yearly. The strategy focuses in particular on the decarbonization challenge, drastically reducing total greenhouse gas emissions of LMPL (-50% across scopes 1+2+3 is targeted by 2035 vs 2022).
Before joining Leroy Merlin Poland (ADEO Group), he had worked for 18 years for the leading telco operator Orange, both in Warsaw’s Orange Poland and in the global HQ of the Group in Paris. His last job there (2020-23) was to design and deploy climate strategy of Orange Poland as its Climate Officer.

Helena Januszkiewicz is a product and sales development specialist at Mastercard. Currently, she is responsible for transfer solutions and open banking in Central Europe. As part of her role at Mastercard, she coordinates, among others, the project of implementing transfer solutions in the context of deposit refunds and cooperates with stakeholders related to the deposit system. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and participated in scientific programs at the University of Tor Vergata in Italy and Toulouse School of Management in France.

Tadeusz Joniewicz works as a sustainability & ESG expert at Allegro, the biggest e-commerce marketplace of European origin. With over ten years of experience in sustainability issues, he is implementing Allegro’s responsible solutions in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia. He is mostly engaged in the ESG reporting process, primarily in social and governance issues. He has expertise in accessibility of products and services for people with special needs, working conditions, human rights, and sustainable supply chains. He has also worked for non-governmental organizations supporting companies with trainings and workshops on strategic approaches to ESG issues. While working for a watchdog organization, he also coordinated a project concerning sustainable public procurements in the supply chain of electronics.

Krzysztof Kośmider specializes in implementing projects for companies in the retail sector. He has over 20 years of experience in optimizing business processes and implementing IT solutions based on best business practices supported by latest technologies. He has extensive experience in IT transformation on both Polish and international markets.

Małgorzata boasts over twenty-five years of legal expertise as an attorney, specializing in competition and antitrust law across a broad spectrum. Her advisory services encompass areas such as abuse of dominant position, vertical agreements (including distribution and commercial agreements), and horizontal agreements.
Her extensive experience extends to litigation, where she adeptly represents companies before commercial and arbitration courts, including those operating under ICC Rules, UNCITRAL, and the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce. Małgorzata also serves as an arbitrator in both domestic and international disputes.
She navigates antitrust matters before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission, with many cases culminating in groundbreaking rulings by the Polish Supreme Court.

Recognized as a foremost authority in antitrust and competition law by Chambers Europe and Legal500, Małgorzata is deeply committed to educating and mentoring aspiring female lawyers. Beyond her legal practice, she actively champions gender equality through engagement in pro bono initiatives, including co-authoring the publication A Practical Guide to Anti-Discrimination.
Małgorzata shares her wealth of knowledge by teaching competition law to MBA students at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate students of competition law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Michał joined Lidl Polska in 2011 and he was named CFO in 2019. Prior to joining Lidl Michał worked in the assurance department at PwC office in Warsaw. Michał is a certified chartered accountant.

He has worked in the meat industry since 1996, and in the Goodvalley team since 2005. He has gained experience in various positions: both as a specialist in meat technology and as a person managing human teams. His experience and practical knowledge are complemented by his educational background – he graduated from the Food Technology Department at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He also completed MBA Executive studies at Poznań University of Economics and Georgia State University in Atlanta.
As CEO Goodvalley, he is responsible for the company’s operations. Due to his education and experience, he supports production areas, and due to his interests and acquired competences, he develops the company in the commercial sphere: sales and marketing. He is passionate about meat, its culinary and nutritional use (in 2002 he received the prestigious title of Technologist of the Year), psychology in the field of team management and working with people, he is also interested in widely understood marketing and the chain of phenomena behind consumer decision-making processes.

He has a long experience of implementing deposit return schemes and environmental compliance. Formerly, as the executive vice-president of corporate development at Reverse Logistics Group and the board member of Reconomy Group, he was responsible for a business unit running deposit return scheme projects globally and locally. He is an expert in technological solutions for reverse logistics, deposit return schemes (DRS) and extended producer responsibility (EPR). He collaborates closely with all the stakeholders in DRS projects: producers, retailers, recyclers, packaging manufacturers, compliance departments, governments, and consultants. He is the co-founder and the CEO of Ecoloop Group. He lectures at National University of Singapore. He graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (BS in International Economics) and Maastricht University (BS and MSc in finance). He did a Program for Management Development in IESE Business School.

Managing Director at TOMRA Collection Poland, which provides solutions for recycling machines that facilitate the return of aluminum, plastic and glass beverage packaging for reuse. From May 2022, he is responsible for the commencement of operational and commercial activities of TOMRA Collection in Poland. For over 20 years working in sales and business development, including the last 12 years working in companies operating in the circular economy area. During these years, he developed a closed-loop logistic carrier pooling solution for global and European leaders, helping to build sustainable supply chains in the CEE region.

Anna Sapota, Vice President Public Affairs Eastern Europe North, Ph.D. in law. At the TOMRA Group, she is responsible for shaping the Group’s position on relevant markets, in relation to legislative changes in the broad field of environmental protection and waste management, as well as maintaining relations with public administration bodies and market stakeholders in Eastern Europe North countries.

Nils Swolkień joined the DECATHLON group in 2004 and was the Chief Financial Officer of its company in Poland from 2005-08. Then he left the country in 2008 to gain experience in the international structures of the DECATHLON group. In France, he served as CFO Central & Eastern Europe and Head of Group Management Control. From 2015, he was CFO of DECATHLON for Asia, and two years later he changed his development path at DECATHLON and took on the role of Head of the Mountain Department in one of the shops in Singapore. For almost two years, he managed first the department and then the entire shop, until he took over as managing director (CEO) of DECATHLON in Singapore at the end of 2018. On his return to Europe in 2021, he started with the position of Chairman (CEO) of DECATHLON in Bulgaria. Since October 2022, he has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DECATHLON in Poland as the first Pole heading the DECATHLON business on the Vistula River.

Vice President of the Board of Gremi Personal responsible for legal matters, has been with Gremi Personal since 2017.
Lithuanian-born, after graduating from the University of Gdansk with a law degree in 2015, she keeps her hand on the pulse of the changing employment and legalization regulations for foreigners. Her team’s activities contribute to preparing Gremi Personal’s more than 400 contractors to implement the changes well in advance. Moreover, ensuring their safety and full compliance in interactions with regulatory authorities. Karolina is a practitioner of labor law, with a particular focus on regulations concerning the legality of work of foreign nationals.
Her experience allowed her to be promoted to Director of Legal and Administrative Affairs at Gremi Personal, where she continues to work on ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and building effective administrative service processes.
Her expertise combines the legal context with the practice of employment and legalization of foreigners, making her a unique expert on labor migration and labor market issues. Karolina is a respected expert, regularly invited to provide expert opinions in mass and business media, including TVN, onet.pl, wp.pl, DlaHandlu, managerplus, PulsHR.

Karolina Tarnawska MCIPS is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. For years, she has been involved in finance, both on the bank side (ING Bank and ING Bank NV in Amsterdam) and corporations (McDonald’s Polska Spzoo, Grupa Żywiec, Heineken). She held various management positions in finance in Poland and in global structures. In 2019, she took up the role of Procurement and Transformation Director with the role of Member of the Management Board at Grupa Żywiec S.A. From 2022, she leads the Group Procurement Team in the Pepco Group, including Pepco, Dealz, Poundland and PGS.

Since 2020, vice-president of the Polish Association for Sustainable Agriculture and Food, member and originator of the AgroWoman Program Council. Member of the CIPS, involved in the development of the procurement function in Poland, including as part of Dialog IT initiatives.
Mentor in many mentoring programs, including Vital Voice, Future UP organized by Bank BNP Paribas Polska and AgroWoman, supporting the development of women farmers in Poland.

He commenced his professional career with EdS-PL a subsidiary of the Belgian industrial group TRACTEBEL / WATCO, participating in the start-up of the waste management operation of the group in Poland. His responsibilities included, among others, the preparation of new projects.
He was subsequently connected with the launching of a recycling project in few towns in Poland and became member of the Board in the appointed recycling company.
As of 1996 Commercial Director in the first company in Poland processing hazardous wastes into alternative fuel for cement plant.
Connected with the Polish recovery organization – Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku S.A. from 2001 and as of September 2005, Member of the Board of Rekopol. Rekopol is member of ProEurope. In 2014, he was appointed as President of the Management Board of Rekopol Packaging Recovery Organization SA

CEO of Lidl Polska, he has been with the company since 2002. He worked on the management board of Lidl Germany. Since 2020, he has been managing a team of employees in Poland. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź and Justus-Liebig-Universität in Gießen.

For over 20 years, Kinga Wyganowska has been involved in technologies that support optimization and development of trade and production in a holistic value chain approach, covering S&OP, Category Management, Supply Chain, Pricing, Promotion, and Workforce Management. She has successfully delivered dozens of projects for clients in Poland and across Europe. Her professional satisfaction stems from consistently delivering real business and environmental value by utilizing the latest and proven technologies. Currently, she is responsible for the business development of RELEX Solutions in Poland and the CEE region.

Karolina holds nearly 20 years of professional experience from various product and commercial roles within the global market research company NielsenIQ working with consumer attitudes, retail sales and shopper trends within FMCG. For the past 6 years prior to stepping into the Managing Director role, she served as a Vice-President within Nielsen BASES with responsibility for international analytical team consulting on new product launches ideation, optimization and activation.
